Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab Emirates is our country of Domicile.
Customers using our website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The card holder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Vimoksha General Trading LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions on the Website, at any time without prior notice. We therefore encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Website.
Intermittently, we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “Offers”. This could include free shipping, bundle offers or other promotional offers associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.
From time to time there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Without liability whatsoever Vimoksha Trading LLC may without prior notice, modify or discontinue operation of all or portions of this Website at any time in its sole discretion and assumes no responsibility to update the Website.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of information transmitted to us. To guard your information delivered to us electronically the website is hosted on a secure server and uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any Third Parties.
After adding the items to the shopping cart and confirming your intent to “buy” the payment screen will open directly on the secure PCI DSS compliant Cyber source payment gateway through Network International LLC, to enable you to complete the transaction. (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle cardholder information for the major debit, credit, prepaid, e-purse, ATM and POS cards.)
Your credit card number is however not captured nor stored by our servers. However any data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your contact and transaction information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web site and therefore do not take any responsibility for any such leakage of such information. As such you are providing the information and undertaking the transaction solely at your own risk.
For acceptance of payments from customers for purchase of products and/or services offered on the website, we enter into arrangements with payment service providers as per industry practices. The entire payment transaction processing, verification, validation and authorisation would be governed by the terms and conditions of the payment service provider, credit or debit card issuer, voucher or coupon issuer or other approved payment solution provider.
We will not be liable in any manner whatsoever, for any wrongful, unauthorised, erroneous or incorrect payment effected by a customer and payment service provider or its authorized partners using the website. Any complaints that customers may have against the payment mechanism or functioning or malfunctioning of the payment modalities are to be dealt with directly with the debit or credit card issuer or such approved payment service provider or their respective partners.
Our obligation to deliver the products shall only arise after receipt of cleared funds in our account. In the event of short funds being received, we will have no obligation to deliver the products or to inform the customer. All information and details regarding payments should be between the customer and approved payment service provider and/or debit or credit card issuer and/or voucher or coupon issuer and/or other approved payment solution provider only.
WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS ONLINE USING VISA AND MASTERCARD CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IN UAE Dirhams (AED) and USD Dollar (USD).
We currently use TNT/Fedex or Aramex for all your shipping within UAE, for shipping outside UAE we use DHL or any other premier logistic provider.
We currently deliver our products across the serviceable locations / area of TNT/Fedex or Aramex within the UAE region.
Vimoksha General Trading LLC is not liable when customer is non-contactable by our choosen courier company for delivery (Contact details provided by the customer will be used by the TNT/Fedex or Aramex for scheduling the delivery)
Who much does it cost?
Within UAE - Orders worth over 1000 AED, shipping will be free up to 5 kilos in weight. Orders less than 1000 AED will be charges at 25 AED + VAT.
Outside UAE – Depending on the final destination, we will be able to give you a competitive quote.
Most local orders will be delivered between 3-5working days.
All return requests should be logged in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery time. Any requests post 24 hours will be not considered for returns. The below compulsory conditions should be met to for return policy eligibility.
Wrong product has been shipped
Product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery
Product not as per description
Cancellation requests may be subject to cancellation fees
Orders for customized products are not cancellable
Products should be returned with original package
• Souq.coffee will not deal or provide products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.
• United Arab of Emirates is your company’s country of domicile.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase
All online payment services are provided by PayTabs®. Note that all financial transactions are processed by PayTabs®. and that Souq.Coffee does not obtain any sensitive data such as credit card numbers from its customers. After confirming an order on the our web site (www.souq.coffee), customers will be forwarded to PayTabs® payment gateway site to complete a secure online payment.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We won't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it (when we do ask for your information it is usually to ensure that we're dealing with genuine customers and not automated computer programs). We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products or protect our rights.
